DAY 1 — 01 Dec | Guwahati → Shillong
| 08:00 AM | Report at Guwahati Airport (Arrival Gate) — stand with LetsTravelEase placard. |

| 08:20 AM | Call lead guest: “Namaskar, I am your driver from LetsTravelEase — waiting at arrival gate with placard.” |
| 08:25 AM | Welcome procedure: Greet with smile, present Gamusa, assist all luggage, keep carrier ready if required, guide guests to vehicle and ensure seating comfort. |
| 08:45 AM | Depart for Shillong via NH-6. Ensure seat belts and water bottles available. |
| 09:30–10:15 AM | Breakfast stop at a clean highway restaurant (confirm with guests before stopping — recommended: Jiva Veg Dhaba). |
| 11:00–11:40 AM | Umiam Lake viewpoint — guests spend 20–40 mins. Assist with photos as requested. |
| 12:15–01:00 PM (optional) | Don Bosco Museum — visit only on guest request. Confirm before proceeding. |
| 02:00–03:00 PM | Ward’s Lake & Cherry Blossom area. Wait near parking and provide short local orientation. |
| 03:30–04:00 PM | Drop at The Eee Cee Hotel, Police Bazar. Assist with luggage. Note: hotel has no parking — arrange paid parking (covered by allowance). |
DAY 2 — 02 Dec | Shillong → Nongjrong → Laitlum → Cherrapunji
| 03:00 AM | Pickup from The Eee Cee Hotel. Call guests 5 minutes prior. Ensure vehicle readiness (lights, warmers if needed). |
| 05:00–06:00 AM | Nongjrong Viewpoint — sunrise above clouds (45–60 mins). Park safely; area may be dark and foggy. |
| 06:00–07:30 AM | Drive to Laitlum Grand Canyon. |
| 07:30–08:15 AM | Laitlum Grand Canyon — guests spend ~30–45 mins. Remind about edge safety. |
| 08:30–09:00 AM | Tea / breakfast stop (as per guest preference). |
| 10:00–10:30 AM | Mawkdok Valley View Point — quick tea and photo stop. |
| 11:00–12:00 PM (optional) | Garden of Caves — only if guests request and time permits. |
| 12:30 PM | Nohkalikai Falls (visit & photos). |
| 01:00 PM | Seven Sisters Falls (quick stop). |

| 05:00 PM | Check-in at Saimika Park Resort, Cherrapunji. Assist guests with luggage. Confirm next day’s early trek timing. |
DAY 3 — 03 Dec | Double Decker Root Bridge Trek + Waterfall Circuit
| 07:00 AM | Pickup from Saimika Park Resort and transfer to Tyrna village (trek start point). |
| 07:30 AM | Trek commences to Double Decker Living Root Bridge & Blue Lagoon. Guests: moderate–difficult trek (approx. 4–6 hours total). |
| 01:30–02:30 PM | Return from trek. Lunch / refresh. |
| 03:00 PM | Post-trek waterfall circuit: Dainthlen Falls → Wei Sawdong → Mawsawa Falls → Prut Waterfall → Lyngksiar Falls (sequence subject to timings & guest energy). |
| 06:00 PM | Return to Saimika Park Resort. Advise guests to rest; ensure comfortable driving and slower speeds on return. |
DAY 4 — 04 Dec | Cherrapunji → Mawlynnong → Dawki (Shnongpdeng Camp)
| 08:00 AM | Breakfast & checkout from Saimika Park Resort. |
| 10:30 AM | Arrive Mawlynnong. Explore Living Root Bridge, Sky View Tower, Balancing Rock (10:30–12:30 PM). |
| 01:00 PM | Lunch at Mawlynnong village homestay café. |
| 01:30–03:30 PM | Drive to Dawki / Shnongpdeng. |
| 04:00 PM | Camp check-in at Gawooh Adventure Camp. Coordinate tent allocation and briefing (safety & facilities briefing required). |
| 07:00 PM | Bonfire & dinner (camp provided). |
DAY 5 — 05 Dec | Dawki Activities & Transfer → Kaziranga (Long Drive)
| 08:00 AM | Optional water activities at Dawki (boating/kayaking/zipline/snorkel). Ensure life jackets & safety briefings. |
| 10:00 AM | Breakfast & camp checkout. |
| 12:00 PM | Short visit to Krang Suri OR Phe Phe Falls (time-permitting). |
| 01:30 PM | Lunch en route (Jowai route recommended). |
| 02:00–06:30 PM | Long drive to Kaziranga — maintain steady speed with regular breaks (kids onboard). |
| 07:00 PM | Check-in at Dhanshree Resort, Kaziranga. Assist with luggage and confirm next day safari timing. |
DAY 6 — 06 Dec | Kaziranga Jeep Safari & Orchid Park
| 05:00 AM | Jeep safari pickup from resort — confirm exact timing with forest safari operator the night before. |
| 07:30–08:00 AM | Return to resort for breakfast and rest. |
| 11:00 AM–01:30 PM | Rest / leisure at resort. |
| 02:00–04:30 PM | Visit Kaziranga Orchid Park — garden, museum, craft stalls. |
| 05:00–06:00 PM | Attend cultural program (folk songs & dance) at resort/nearby cultural venue. |
| 06:30 PM | Return to Dhanshree Resort. Prepare for departure next day. |
DAY 7 — 07 Dec | Kaziranga → Guwahati (Departure)
| 08:00 AM | Breakfast & resort checkout. |
| 08:30 AM | Begin drive to Guwahati. |
| 11:00 AM | Tea break en route. |
| 01:00 PM | Lunch en route. |
| 03:00–04:00 PM | Drop guests at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station / Hotel (as requested). Assist with luggage. End of service and warm farewell. |
General Notes & Safety
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and a full fuel tank every evening.
- Call the lead guest 5 minutes before any pickup or hotel arrival.
- Always carry first-aid kit, basic tool kit, and torch (flashlight).
- Remind guests about slippery rocks near waterfalls and steps on trek routes.
- Assist elderly/children during entry/exit and luggage handling.
- Confirm all timings with the office if there are road or weather delays.
