1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Booking Confirmation:
- All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after receiving the full payment or the required deposit.
1.2 Payment Terms:
- Payments can be made through our secure online payment gateway. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, and other methods as specified on our website.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking depending upon different packages. The final payment must be completed by the date specified in the booking confirmation,
1.3 Late Payments:
- If the balance payment is not made by the specified due date, your booking may be canceled, and the deposit may be forfeited.
1.4 Currency:
– All prices are quoted in [Currency] unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made in the same currency as quoted.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
2.1 Guest-Initiated Cancellations:
- More Than 30 Days Before Departure:
–Guests who cancel more than 30 days before the departure date will receive a full refund of the amount paid, excluding non-refundable deposits and service fees.
- Between 15 and 30 Days Before Departure:
–Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before departure will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, excluding non-refundable deposits and service fees.
- Less Than 7 Days Before Departure:
-Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided.
2.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations:
- Right to Cancel:
-LetsTravelEase.com reserves the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient participants, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.
- Refund or Transfer Option:
– If we cancel a trip, guests will receive a full refund of the amount paid or the option to transfer to another trip of equal value, subject to availability. No additional fees will be charged for transferring to another trip.
2.3 Non-Refundable Services:
- Third-Party Services:
– Services such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, and activities provided by third parties may be non-refundable. These costs will not be included in the refund calculation.
- Service Fees and Deposits:
– Non-refundable deposits and service fees will not be refunded, regardless of the cancellation timing.
2.4 Procedure for Cancellations:
- Notification:
– Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through our online booking system. A confirmation of receipt will be sent.
- Processing Time:
– Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for booking.
3. Changes to Booking
3.1 Guest-Initiated Changes:
- Requests to amend bookings must be made in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
3.2 Company-Initiated Changes:
- We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary if necessary. Significant changes will be communicated to guests, who may choose to accept the new itinerary or cancel with a full refund.
4. Travel Insurance
4.1 Insurance:
- Guests are request to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, personal accidents, loss of belongings, and other relevant risks.
4.2 Proof of Insurance:
- Proof of insurance may be required before the trip commencement.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Health Requirements:
- -Guests must be in good health and capable of participating in the planned activities. Any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions should be disclosed at the time of booking.

- Guests are responsible for ensuring that they have any necessary vaccinations and medical clearances.

- We adhere to strict safety standards and provide safety instructions. Guests must comply with all safety protocols and guidelines provided by our staff.
6. Responsibilities and Liabilities

- LetsTravelEase.com is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings or for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6.2 Guest Responsibility:
- Guests are responsible for their own actions and any damage caused to property or third parties during the trip.
6.3 Third-Party Services:
- We are not responsible for the performance or quality of services provided by third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, or transport companies.
7. Conduct and Behavior
7.1 Expected Behavior:
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, and local communities.
7.2 Disruptive Behavior:
- We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, or dangerous. No refunds will be provided for guests removed under these circumstances.
